"SPEAK IT UNTIL YOU SEE IT"!

Many people tend to ask me, "what's your secret? You always seem to get what you want." Truth is there is no secret. I just truly believe there is life and death in the power of the tongue! I could remember back around 2007 when I discovered the book "The Secret." I was excited to read this book but I couldn't help but think, is this real? How could someone just speak something and poof it happens! So I read and took notes on how exactly to attract what I wanted in life.

Not only did I speak things into existence, I wrote things down, and I envisioned myself achieving whatever goals I set forth. My close friends and family really thought I was crazy sometimes because I spoke of things as if I already possessed them. For example, I talked to my friends and close family about a husband so much that I'm sure they were sick of hearing me talk about this imaginary man lol. But I believed it with all of my heart that God would send someone just for me and he definitely delivered him when I least expected him!

In 2008, I wrote down a few goals I wanted to achieve and put them in an envelope that said "don't open until May 2013." To my surprise when I opened the letter in May of 2013, I had achieved all of my goals except one, which was to get married. I believed I could achieve my goals and I spoke them until they became a reality - getting married, becoming a Doctor, moving to Florida, getting a small puppy, starting this blog, and a few other things that are still in the works.

I encourage you to have child-like faith, when you speak something believe it with all your heart that it shall come to pass!

We often have these parties with our girlfriends where we do what's called a vision board and in all actuality we are exercising the laws of attraction. I am living proof that what you put out in the universe is what you get back. Even in times of trouble I believe without the shadow of a doubt that what's for me will never miss me.

In the book of Genesis, God spoke saying “let there be light and there was light,” the Bible also discuss all of what God called forth in 7 days - all creatures and human beings to the ocean, land, and sky. It wasn't until I decided to write this blog that I fully understood where the power of speaking things into existence came from.

For some of you reading this I am sure you are not sold on this idea of speaking things into existence just yet, but I encourage you to try it! Start off with something small then go up from there. I promise, you won't be disappointed.

What is it that you want out of life?

Do you believe you can have that which you want?

The first step is to get specific about what you want.

Then write it down or envision it.

Lastly, you must SPEAK IT UNTIL YOU SEE IT! Even if your friends and family make fun of you, don't give up just keep believing. It is already yours!
